B Troubleshooting tips

If you encounter installation or driver problems, the following tips may be helpful.

Generating an installation log:

msiexec /i C:\path\to\ses4win.msi /l*v log.txt

You can identify driver loading issues in the Windows driver log:

C:\Windows\inf\Setupapi.dev.log

To manually uninstall, execute the following:

msiexec /x [C:\path\to\ses4win.msi|{GUID}]

Increase WNDB logging levels through:

wnbd-client set-debug 1

Basic I/O counters can be monitored through:

wnbd-client list
